What to do with $133K per second?

Brad Barens at iMediaConnection has assembled a crew of 28 marketing experts (I know because their employers are paying them Big Bucks, so they must be) to answer this burning question:
What would you do with $2.5M? I mean, besides spend it on a Superbowl ad…
Put another way (after you add in the $1.5M in production costs), what would you do with $133K per second?
I rather like GoDaddy’s approach. Spend much less by producing commercials that will not be shown on TV, and then promote the hell out of them being rejected. 13 rejections and counting! (You have more credibility when you have actually run a Superbowl spot before, though.)
Don’t have enough money to just produce commercials that you’ll never air, but need some buzz? Just release other people’s rejected TV spots.
