Names@Work Product Development
Jeff studied at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, majoring in Advertising and Photography. As a student, he was invited to participate in a number of special projects, including the Chicago Initiative Project, where he helped develop a strategy to re-brand the City of Chicago as a “Tech City” for the Mayor’s Council of Technology Advisors.
Upon graduating in May 2004, he joined Midnight Media Group, a New Jersey-based production house. There he helped the company expand its business beyond video production and into the realm of interactive development.
Since 2005 he has been in charge of interactive projects at the technically-inclined jen bekman gallery. He maintains the gallery’s related web properties including the eponymous curator’s independent design blog Personism, the expansion and upgrade of the gallery’s Hey Hot Shot! online photography competition and the day-to-day maintenance of the gallery’s extensive web site.
For his assignments with Names@Work, Jeff uses his technical and design skills to create novel, elegant and effective solutions for both clients and end users.
